ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Cobblestone Row is adjacent to the Ballantyne and Stonecrest areas of upscale South Charlotte. This community is located only a few miles from Interstate 485, providing easy access to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, uptown and the South Park area.

South Park is North Carolinas most exclusive shopping mall and offers such names as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Tiffany and Burberry. Stonecrest is a nearby shopping center which has fountains, outdoor dining possibilities, unique boutiques and national retailers. Shopping for all your daily needs is very convenient.

Ballantyne is an area of South Charlotte comprised of additional dining and shopping and is perhaps best known for its resort and spa.
