$5M gated community starts near Ballantyne

K2C Real Estate Solutions is readying to begin construction of a $5 million gated community near Ballantyne that will target empty nesters. Cobblestone Row will feature seven European-style houses designed by Carolina Design Group that will start in the $600,000s. Home builder Carolina Construction Group expects to start building in about 60 to 90 days, with the homes being complete in six to eight months.
